Service and shipping fast as usual. This time the post man gave the parcel into a postbox in our staircase. You are needing a small paper with an NFC tag to open the box. The app of the carrier shows "message left". If I'm coming back from work, i didn't hade a notice in my postbox (it was Friday). On Sunday the app of the carrier said someone picked the parcel on Friday 4.20pm. but that wasn't me, cause I'm at work this time. So I'm thinking the parcel has been stolen. Post man doesn't react to my note which I'm picked on the mailbox and carrier writes a standard answer only. If course that's not your fault. But losing 250 Eur now....
