Ho 30 anni e premetto che non soffro di patologie, però diciamo che dopo essere venuto un paio di volte ho tempi di ripresa abbastanza lunghi.
Ne prendo circa 1/3 di dose quando ho delle serate "movimentate" e fidatevi è una BOMBA. Dopo circa un'ora inizia a fare effetto e basta un minimo di stimolazione per averlo come il marmo per ore ed ore (una volta ho preso la dose intera e l'effetto mi è durato quasi una settimana).
Ho provato sia pastiglie, che bustine e l'effetto è analogo.
